Reinventing the Wheel

Stop solving problems you've already solved

Engineers spend billable hours solving problems which already have solutions buried in past project files.

Knowledge Dependency

A Senior Member of your Team Retires?

Engineering firms are dangerously dependent on the memory of senior individuals. When they leave or retire, decades of institutional knowledge walks out the door with them. Otlet AI captures that knowledge permanently.

Our Story

Finishing what Dr Paul Otlet Started. 130 Years Later

In 1895, Paul Otlet attempted to index all human knowledge by hand — creating 15 million index cards so that any piece of knowledge could be instantly retrieved. He called it the Mundaneum. He spent his life trying to build what we're building now.

We're two founders - Moiz Malik, with a background in private equity and Legal AI, and Nils Kastberg, with a background in structural engineering and Legal AI - who saw the same problem through the 21st century's lens. Otlet spent his life solving this problem by hand, and we're carrying the torch with the tools he never had.
